It is disappointing and I think emphasizes Newt's belief in pervasive government solutions and his ends justifying his means.
I think Glenn asked key questions, but he seemed reluctant to follow up too much for fear of committing "gotcha". e.g. I'd like to hear Newt explain why liability is not sufficient to protect sausage vats and against electric things catching fire.
