It is the rogue elephant theory. Rogue young elephants have been terrorizing parts of Africa because poachers have been killing off older males (big tusks) and the younger males have noone to guide them. So the liberals have destroyed the black family unit in every way possible (welfare, illegal arrests, etc.) and therefore left a void of older black men who could teach the younger ones how to act. Thus you have this rogue elephant behavior. It all comes down to the liberal policies and its amoral proponents.
