As far as who or what is responsible for class warfare that's not important. I would prefer to see more of a focus on what can be done to lessen the income inequality between the top 1 percent and everyone else. Not by trying to redistribute income by having confiscatory taxation on high income earners. This is not the way to resolve this problem. Income inequality in the united states is still much less severe than in developing countries like mexico.
