Williams makes a lot of great points, but one libertarianish motif I've seen before that I think is quite counter-productive is redefining "greed" and appropriating it as a virtue, as Williams does here.
The more common definition of "greed" is "an excessive desire for material wealth". "Excessive" makes it a negative moral by definition. It implies a myopic view, including a willingness to be less than honest, all of which is opposite Williams's definition.
