The only A Students: S.C.'s Mark Sanford (R), La.'s Bobby Jindal (R), Minn.'s Tim Pawlenty (R), W.Va.'s Joe Manchin (D). Otherwise there were 15 B's, 8 C's, 11 D's and 7 F's.
